hey everyone, =20
=20
I have been following the postings and wanted to chime in as well. After r=
eading Bill Schran's posting I just wanted to comment as well. =20
=20
In this day and age it is nice to here that honest people still exist. I h=
ave just replaced a ton of kiln posts and when doing that I found that the =
company I was buying the posts from also made sinks. =20
=20
this is the same company bcpottery.com. As I understand the question by a =
Karen, askign about sink body color using slip over the bisque, well here i=
s my answer.
=20
I have done this and if the slip is think enough then it kinda stains the b=
isque. I have done this many times once on a sink and manytimes on other i=
tems. Give it a try, but I would suggest that you test this on a test tile=
. Call them and see if they have test tiles or if they can cut you some.
=20
As for kiln furniture, If you are in need of posts, they have them at roc=
k bottom prices. I found 1/2" for only $0.15 up to 12" for $1.50 each. I'=
ve never seen then this low. I asked them when we ordered and they said th=
e items were Cordierite so it would withstand cone 11 firings with out warp=
ing. =20
=20
Warping was a big problem but not any more.
=20
Once again, Bill Schran, thank you for passing good news around. I can sa=
y in my dealings he is a great guy.
=20
Sincerely and Cordially=20

You are welcome.

When ever I find somebody in business that I have worked with, trust and
have come to know is honest, I like to pass the information along. Should I
find fault with somebody in business, I likewise, pass along that
information.

I see the owner of this business every week and I remind him to stay up
front and honest with your customers. It will be slower, but the word will
get around and you will stay in business a long time.
