Today I got to see how these cats trim porcelain. Go have a look at the file
this guy uses and the explanation of why it doesn't chatter. then look at
the time it takes to decorate a beautiful Jingdezhen plate. What's this talk
of cheap pots from China? these pots will not be cheap. They will be
destined for wealthy peoples homes.
Today was one of those days when I was glad to have a small pack of tissues
in my back pocket. Just made it! Seconds away from an embarassing moment.
All the best,
Tony

Geeze I gotta admit man I'm jealous as anyone. Right where I'da give just
about anything to work for when I was coming up. Back in the day you could
have paid me with 3 40's and a large bowl of chicken fried rice and those
working girls watching Billy Bob riding his bike on the weekends and I'd be
good to go man. And those pots don't end up at Wal*Mart either eh?

That snake bite kit comes in handy eh. I wasn't so lucky on a fishing
disaster about 10 years ago while visiting Peter. He drove me in the Jeep
with no breaks down into the valley of Pine Creek. Here I was all dressed up
in my chest waders and fly rod and even a couple cold beers in the creel.
After the second step into the water we heard that "splagergleblatttt" sound
and that was the end of my fly fishing. The ride back up the logging trail
was less than comfortable. To this day whenever fly fishing comes up Zack
always brings up the time I created an embearassing moment that will live on
around the barrel stove for another generation.

So are they gonna let you see the firings and stoke or is that reserved for
the firemen old guys? I remember trying to get the kiln hot and calling them
old guys to teach me. They were so old they were dead. Stay in there eh!
