I was wondering, f any of you do pieces for historic sites' gift shops how
do you go about pricing? Do you price as if wholesale or do you mark up
above your usual retail because these are custom pieces?

Julie,
You might want to contact Ryan Forrey (rforrey@sbcglobal.net). Ryan
is a wonderful potter who works full time at Greenfield Village
(Henry Ford Museum) in Dearborn, Michigan where he makes historical
reproductions of older pots. These are sold in their gift shop but
are also sent out to other locations that want to represent such
work. I know he can give you very thorough and constructive information.
