I don't make Marcel Marso soup, but I do make miso soup for my dog
Kintaro. I make up double strengthed. In Japan we did bok choy,
kabucha (japanese pumpkin), sweat potato, brocolli and carrots.
Here, I have just been doing brocolli, cauliflower, carrots and
garlic. The miso brought is double strength and only put in at the
end and not boiled (boiling breaks down the enzymes.) He gets it
diluted with water or green tea and rice and other added things on top
of his kibble.

I eat the soup too. I have sung the praise of green tea.
I believe the other longevity secret of Asia is miso soup.

Ellen, before she left for Cornwall, froze a half dozen
single serving containers of chicken soup. She said, "This is in case
of illness." Now, Ida is here from Conrwall to pick up the English
Cocker and two cats and packing up stuff to take back to Cornwall.
Right now, she is picking up some Dave's barbecue ribs! I hear her
car!
