I would like to hear from Clay Art folks who have had decals made ..... can you recommend a small run supplier?
I'm also interested in hearing from people who've made their own and what it entails.
Thanks, Donna

Try Creative Images by Mayco if you want to easily make your own decals.
You can do photographs or other very detailed text or images. All you need
is an inexpensive HP or Canon Black and White printer and the Mayco kit
and you are in business. You can do multiples or one-offs just as easily.

check out their website www.maycocolors.com for distributors.

The traditional way to make decals is to make a silkscreen which is very
time consuming and doesn't allow enough detail for photographs.
Creative Images uses a much higher firing temp than traditional decals (up
to cone 06.

Army reunion . He was with Pattons Ghost Troops and this will be
their last official reunion , so Im doing mugs with the 3rd
Cavalry logo on the front ( the decal part ) and Im gonna hand
paint the " Kilroy was here" cartoon on the other side..
Havent gotten the decals yet so I can t comment on quality but
