i've gotten a couple of emails from ceramics art daily. checked the website
. ok looks interesting but i am wondering if the folks at ceramics art daily
are planning to eliminate clayart. seems to me it would be a lot easier to
manage than clayart but would sure miss the interaction on clayart

Hey Lee M.,

While ceramics art daily may be great, I rather doubt it will replace,
contrapose, supersede, supplant, succeed, or otherwise usurp ClayArt
-- not at least while we are still emplaced, disposed to intercede for
one another, ready to implant clay virtue, and succeed in our
restoration of sovereign craft.

...or not.

Oh, ye of little faith, Sweet Taylor! Mud Ruckers-our name is legion!
We will always find ways to shout out to each other and keep the art
of the craft pure in one way or another. Katahryn in NC Damn! What
the hell is in my cuppa this morning????--- In

Dear Lee Marshall,=20

I doubt it. That site does not seem to be designed as discussion group =
though you can leave comments about information that is being posted. I =
made comments about the reprint of Tony Clennell's "Firing with Green =
Wood" article that was published in CM and by return received a reply =
from Sherman Hall.

It has all the appearance of an advertorial or infomercial for PMI and =
CM. The snippets so far portrayed may be extracts from submissions that =
might get published in the future. On the other hand it might be a =
response to the need for a place where clayart members can post images. =
Why not write to Shaman and ask ?

Anyway, if people need to have a daily peep at interesting work it is =
worth dipping into. I was amused by the artistic development of the =
Hospital Urine Bottle ! ! !

Best regards,

Ivor
