The Kalamazoo Institute of Arts Kirk Newman Art School will be hosting Matt
Long for a two-day workshop Saturday & Sunday, July 14 & 15, 2007. Known
for his luscious soda-fired porcelain, Matt will demonstrate his wheel-
throwing and handbuilding techniques as well as his signature flowing slip
