Is this a Cone 6 Glaze?

I got a greenish brown matt with craters when I fired it.

Recipe Name: TONY YEH BROWN/BLACK

Cone: 6 Color: BROWN
Firing: Oxidation Surface: Glossy

Amount Ingredient
11.4 Bone Ash
12.5 Talc
10.2 Whiting
52.3 Feldspar--Custer
13.6 Silica

100 Total

Additives
13.6 Iron Oxide--Red

Randy --

That's the version Lili Krakowski provided. I've had
good luck with it. Did you use Custer or a different
feldspar? Someone a year or so ago got a nasty green
result from this glaze after subbing the feldspar.

Mixed correctly, and applied very thin over a buff
clay it's a rather dull brown. Medium-thick over
a whitish stoneware it's a nice brown with orange
specks. Thick over a tan clay, it's a deep, rich
brown. I do fire to the hard side of ^6; this glaze
is 'officially' an Ox ^8/Red ^8 glaze and going under
^6 is kind of a stretch.
