Sounds like your basic classic tired elements. As long as your supplied
voltage is 220 (our town had a voltage problem last summer for half a
day, so this is highly unlikely), you won't be throwing $$$$ away by
replacing the elements. Once they're replaced, Katy bar the door. Good
