Just ran across a trimming tip from Rod Fitiausi (check him out in the
Leslie's ad in this month's CM).
Press two or thee thumb tacks inside your pots where you plan to trim. After
you hear a distant "tick" you'll know you've trimmed enough. Tacks and push
pins come in different lengths to accomodate desired thickness. :-)
