In reply to a note JoAnn sent to me...thought I would let you all know that
the wax application right after I put the handles on my #15 porcelain has
solved my cracking problem 95%. The rest I can catch with Aztec High Fire
Mender...which I understand is in short supply....Bailey said they would ship
it to me 4/1, now 5/1....I couldn't find it in Axner's new catalog....I fired
30 mugs over the weekend...only one cracked in the glaze fire...

You mix the Aztec mender according to directions and apply it to the crack
and it will bisk fire the same as your clay. If you put it on bisk....it will
have a harder time absorbing your glaze.
