I have just been given a Skut Bros. Electric wheel (Model B)
without the motor, which had been scavenged for other uses.
Is anyone familiar with this particular wheel? I have not
seen it discussed. Is there anything that I should
watch out for in buying a motor other than the fact that it is
rated for 1/3 hp and 6 amp?

The sunny Santa Clara Valley where it was slightly warmer
than the 102 deg. F recorded in San Jose. But the
humidity was about 5%.
