Regarding the rutile green, Here is a recipe I got from Ceramics
Monthly about a year or two ago:

Cobalt Green ^9 oxidation

gerstley borate 2
whiting 5
neph sy 70
petalite 15
ball clay 8
add
cobalt carb 1
rutile 2
bentonite 2

Hope this is what you want.

Julia, g-200 is a potash felspar which tends to be low in impurities and
has a stronger fluxing action than custer feldspar. All the best from
Maggie in Mt. Shasta where it's trying really hard to be spring inbetween
snow flurries.
