Oh my--I deleted the original request regarding potters in Port
Townsend--was it Jonathan Kaplan who asked? My sister lives there and this
is what she reports:

By the way there is a couple here named Hero who are potters but haven't
been able to catch them at home. There is also a store called
Earthenworks which sells pottery etc. Will try to remember to call them
tomorrow if can't get hold of David or Allison Hero, 933 Tyler St. PT
98368 360 5343. I don't know these people we just have acquaintances in
common. I suspect I could check with the Coop also-it depends upon if
this fellow is a new agey kinda of fellow more main stream. There is a
quite large urbanized hippee/yupee group here, you know shop at the Food
coop wear berets, daypacks, hiking boots etc.
Oh Earthenworks is at 702 Water St. PT 98368, haven't been in there for
quite a while-tourist season. The phone # is 360 385 0328.

If you need more info about Port Townsend, just email my sister Lou at
louellas@olympus.com.
She has lived there quite a long time, and now that she is retired, she has
the time to play yenta.

Enjoy your trip.
