Hello All,
Since Clayart seems to be the ceramic travel advisor of choice....I will be
in Toronto the weekend of Oct 4 - 7. We will be staying at a downtown
hotel. Is anything exciting happening? any good Gallery shows to see, any
openings that weekend? We will have a car and hope to "get out of town" on
Sunday. All suggestions, clay or otherwise of places to go and things to
see would be appreciated.

TIA

I don`t have the addresses but some places to look at clay are:

Prime Gallery;
Art on King; on King street.
A Show of Hands. Just off Avenue road near the 401

Again, I am sorry I dont have the addresses handy.

Hi Cathy,

See the Royal Ontario Museum - lots of old pots from China and the Gaidner
accross the street (addmission is for both) has lots of china painting
stuff and some old South American clay thats worth a look

Prime gallery and on McCaul street has comtemporary clay etc - pick up a
copy pf Slate - that will list who is showing where. The Ontario Craft
Council is on McCaul as well and might have a clay show up.
