A while ago someone mentioned that either Seth Cardew or Svend Bayer had come
up with a way to improve the old Leach treadle wheel. Unfortunately I lost
that email and would love to have that information. I'm going to be building
a Leach type treadle wheel and would love to incorporate the new technology
into the design, if I can.
