Louis :

I received the prospectus for this exhibition at the college where I teach.
It is vague when describing the enrollment status for eligible students.
Should they be enrolled this fall when the application is due? Should
they be enrolled next spring when the exhibition takes place? What if
they apply and graduate this fall semester? Please advise. TIA.

Rafael

I got hold of Paula PauKune, and she says that any enrolled student is
eligible, fulltime, or part time, graduate or undergraduate. Since the
slides will be entered by the instructors, there should be no need to check
enrollment status. This greatly simplifies the process and keeps her
workload down.
