manganese use/coper

While I would not encourage the use of manganese by others, I do use it some
with mask (and in the spraybooth whenever possible.) Why take extra risks?

Manganese poisoning may not have helped Hans Coper, but it is not the cause
of the disease which led to his untimely death. He died from ALS, or
amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. The idea that he was suffering from
manganese poisoning, while maybe plausible, was not true, but a rumour from
some who ASSUMED it was manganese poisoning and may well not have known
about the ALS. He had some first signs of ALS in the 1950s. He may have
been the best.
