I was recently talking to a friend who is in the process of aquiring retail
space in old town Manassas. She expects to have gallery space as well as
offer studio space for rent, lessons and a limited selection of supplies
(including Laguna clays). She'd like to know what kind of market there
might be in this area for these.

interested in this local issue.
