one more important point....warren makes the effort to go to all and i mean
all of the openings of potters works in the twin cities...and i feel that
is remarkable. i rarely attend a pottery function in our cities that he
does not show up for a few minutes.

Not just that.....

I am finishing my first year of grad. school here at Minn....I came here to
study with Curt Hoard and as a ceramic sculptor was concerned about working
in the Rshadow of Mount MackenzieS. After just a few week here I was
asked to take a visiting artist ( form Korea) on a tour of the area,
including a trip to Stillwater. Mr. Kim spoke as little English As I spoke
Korean. I have to say that the few hours I spent with Warren, Nancy and
Mr. Kim were stunning.....I have even started throwing teabowls again.

Is Warren MacKenzie on this list? Does anyone on this list know Warren
MacKenzie? It might be a nice idea to ask him to talk on the issue, as we
are throwing his name around so freely... Warren MacKenzie thinks this,
Warren MacKenzie thinks that... I'd really like to hear what Warren
MacKenzie thinks Warren MacKenzie really thinks.

Or maybe Warren MacKenzie is too busy making pots to fool around with this
sort of meandering discussion.
