I need help finding fellow potters and clay gallerys in the greater Houston,

Lindsay,
You can try these, Foelbers pottery on Richmond downtown they have a
nice set up and perpetual classes. Then there is the Glassell (sp)? school
associated with the museum of fine arts, U of H downtown and Clearlake (been
to workshops at both and they're very nice). Or one of these community
colleges which all have programs, Lee College, San Jacinto, College of the
Mainland, and North Harris County (which has the backing to provide workshops
by some well known clay artists). You might also try the Houston potters
guild or the Houston chapter of the TCAA (Texas Clay Arts Association) they
could point you in the right direction. The fall semester is about to start
for the colleges so your looking at a good time.
Claude, out with the cows east of Houston.
