CERTAINLY glass blowing/making is or can be an ART!!!!!!... That goes
without saying.... My question is this: Is Glass Blowing or Glass Making
considered to be a CERAMIC art... With the emphasis on Ceramic....

Why would you want to call it ceramic art? What's wrong with glass art.
Aside from this, aren't fired ceramic pieces considered solids because
of crystal structures, where as glass is a super cooled liquid? Any
thoughts on that from the glass folks on the list?

I was taught glass blowing is a cermanic art both are silica based, and
the glazes on clay pieces are glass. Bigger question though what
differnce does it make in the long view as both crafts are lovely to
behold?
