I did some investigating when I saw the EZ up canopies at Sam's Club,
and was told that they are NOT the same quality that you would get in
ordering EZ up from an art fair canopy distributor (like Elaine
Martin's) or from EZ Up company.
According to people I talked to, this Sam's Club version is the bottom
of the line and is intended for the casual picnicker (sp?)/occasional
user. The representative I spoke to has had many complaints/reports
from crafters having disasters with the cheaper version when rain or
winds came up.
The metal used and fabric used...the entire construction is light duty.
This does not mean that one can't use it...perhaps some of you out there
have purchased this model and are happy with it...It would be
interesting to hear from you.
