ergonomic wedging table

Not long ago there was some interesting information on making an
ergonomic wedging table and someone was going to post the dimensions
etc.
I guess I may have missed the details and would be grateful if the sender

A note of thanks for the excellent advice posted a while back for a wedging
table with a 30 degree slope. I've since had one built on barter and it
palpably lightens the pressure on my tired joints, leaving me with more
resilience to make my work. Much appreciated.

For those of us new to clayart would you post the logistics of that

I have some (really) rough drawings of the ergonomic wedging table we
made for the college I teach at - it has worked well, with some minor
adjustments over time.
