Regarding John Baymore's post on the list for July 5-6

Thanks to you for your thoughts on polution and reminding us all we are
priveleged to have the use of our planets resourses. They are not
inexhaustable. Your ritual bow should be incorporated in all our daily
routines, if not physically, mentally. Western culture tends to be homo
sapien centered, forgetting we are all part of the environment. Thank
you for your post.

Marg :

The following quote shares your sentiments :

"Man did not weave the web of life, he is merely a strand in it. Whatever
he does to the web, he does to himself." Native American Chief Seattle.

The sender hasn't heard, but Chief Seattle never said any of this. On
the contrary, these, and their adjoining remarks were exposed as a fraud
in the '70's. Hello! Of course, there are people who still belive man
can alter the earth's climate, too.
