Hi Vince and everyone,
First of all, thanks Vince for all you contribute to clayart and hanging in
there on this burnishing thread. I just wonder if the fact that each of us
sees and accepts a burnished piece at various degrees of shine or smoothness
as being "burnished" as part of the reason for all the suggestions for
different bisquing temps and then there is the sig addition to be
considered plus some of us put a finish or wax on burnished pots as the last
step. Some consider a satin finish as burnished and some like the look of
shiny marble and still some want a high gloss.
