What's better exhaust system?

Oh god! every few year they have this new idea of fan .

Closed your eyes & think about a kiln like mind. Have a big hood on top,and
behind it have this new idea of bailey exhausted flex pipe come out .

& then today somebody say you only save if you have a separate kiln room.

Baily / Orton I think they work similarily :
excellent for firing toxic / really smelt materials."I can't smelt those
decals any more," my friend said.
However, they never work for stuff that vapourize like wax.....

What do you suggest.

I have had both. Used to have a baily, now have an orton. I prefer the
orton. Seems to exhaust fumes better. I also like the fact that an orton
pulls the air straight through the kiln, where the baily is on the backside
near the bottom.

I had the baily when I was venting two kilns, as they have a double model.
When I moved studios and sold my small and large kilns and purchased a new
large evenheat, I went with the Orton. I do prefer this one.
