Anyone knows how or where I could reach Joyce Kohl who has worked with
adobe (Ceramics Monthly December l978) and William T Gilbert (Ceramics
Monthly March 1978)?

Or is there someone on this list that has worked with adobe as an
outdoor permanent sculptural medium (no firing)?

Thanks!

Joyce teaches at Cal St. Bakersfield in California. I ran across her name
in their web page. Run a search on Alta Vista or HotBot, or Call up Cal St.
Bakersfield and ask for the art department.

Joyce can be found teachg in the California State University at
Bakersfield, CA but she lives in the LA area somewhere.
William T Gilbert is here in Albuquerque teaching at UNM. He lives in Santa Fe.
I'm sorry I dont know their adresses but you can contact them through the
universities.

Eveline Boudreau-
The best sculptor working in adobe I know of is Nicholas Kripal, who teaches at
Tyler University near Philadelphia. I know he has taught at other universities
as a visiting artist -- perhaps he offers workshops? I'm sure he'd be helpful
if you write him at the art department of Tyler.
